Specially Branded & Personalized Events
For customized events requiring personalized branding, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Please note the following specific requirements and policies for these bookings:
- Consultation Required: You must schedule a consultation call with us to review your specific branding goals.
- Pricing: Custom branding fees are calculated separately and will be added on top of your base package and standard personalization pricing.
- Strict Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because these materials and concepts are created specifically for you, all sales are final and no refunds will be given for the branding portion of your event.
- Weather Policy: If your branded event is outdoors and must be called off due to unsafe weather, it can be rescheduled. If the event cannot be moved indoors and you choose not to reschedule, the event will be fully canceled; however, please note that all branding sales remain strictly non-refundable.
Note: These strict non-refundable terms apply exclusively to event-specific branding and do not apply to our standard custom options.
Booking Details and Information
To make sure your event runs smoothly, here are a few important details for all packages:

A minimum space of 20 ft W x 15 ft L x 10 ft H is required
Please allow approximately 90 minutes before and after the event for setup and breakdown
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your date
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event receive a 50% refund
Earlier cancellations may be rescheduled or partially refunded
Outdoor events are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of unsafe conditions
